The Residence Napoleon is immersed in the large park of typical Mediterranean vegetation and you get the nightlife proximity of the Living in Procchio ensuring peace and tranquility.
A few minutes by car and you can reach the towns of Marina di Campo and Marciana Marina, renowned for their tourist ports as well as being full of shops and restaurants.
The beach of Procchio is not far from the residence and can be reached on foot, alternatively the Residence has 2 swimming pools with lifeguards, one dedicated to small guests. Surrounded by a large paved area furnished with deckchairs and umbrellas.
Also inside the structure we find the tennis court with night lighting, ping pong and bar restaurant service.
Description Residence
The complex is located in a panoramic RESIDENTIAL position 700 meters from the center of Procchio. Residence Napoleon is 950 meters from the town’s beach.
The Residence is composed of one hundred and forty-six apartments distributed on 7.5 floors reachable by elevator. For each apartment there is a covered and numbered parking space.
Inside the garden of the Complex you can find a tennis court with night lighting and two swimming pools, one of which is for children. The area is surrounded by a paved area and equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs for maximum relaxation. Inside the building you will also find the bar-restaurant, the reception, the TV room, the ping pong.
Apartments Residence Napoleon
The apartments have a view of the Gulf of Procchio and are equipped with a habitable terrace. Each apartment is assigned a covered parking space, in addition to a large parking lot for your guests.
They are divided into three types: Two-room apartments with 4 + 1 beds, Two-room apartments with 5 + 1 beds and three-room apartments with 6 beds. All with color TV and fully furnished and equipped to enjoy your holidays.
The reception offers assistance 24 hours a day providing ALL information on public transport, events, demonstrations and the latest arrivals of ships.
Guests can also use the internal laundry and daily cleaning service, upon request to the staff for costs.
During your stay, the apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels for each guest.

Two-room apartment for 5 + 1 people consisting of: living room with fold-down double sofa bed AT THE ENTRANCE, kitchenette, living room facing the sea, with a folding divider that guarantees privacy for the 2 double pull-out sofa beds (for a total of 6 beds), bathroom with shower, habitable terrace, telephone, colour TV.
Three-room apartment for 6 people consists of: living room with double bed at the entrance AT THE ENTRANCE fold-down, small kitchen, living room with pull-out sofa bed, camera furnished with two single beds (which yes if necessary transform into a double), bathroom with shower, habitable terrace, telephone, color TV. Some of these offer the independent double bedroom.

At Procchio Residence Napoleon we leave the town for 700 m towards Marina di Campo and immediately on the right we find the entrance to the Residence Napoleon structure in Procchio. Getting off the ship at PORTOFERRAIO, we follow the signs for PROCCHIO (10 km).
