The Maricampo residence is a recently built complex consisting of 25 apartments distributed over two floors. It also has an outdoor parking lot where you can leave your car.
The residence is located inside a fenced garden from which you can access a quiet street that in a few minutes allows you to walk to the nearby bay of Marina di Campo. Continuing from the beach promenade you can easily walk to the town center, enjoying a relaxing walk along the gulf.
The residence also has a swimming pool, surrounded by a large paved square equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas, to ensure maximum relaxation.
